Good Friendly people and fast service
Worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I have gone to great Clips in other city and never had a problem. I have super long hair and it's a big deal for me to cut it because I never do. I told the girl 7 inches. She was aware that even that was a big deal for me. She cuts it all on my back so I can't see what she's doing. I swear she cut off like 10-12 inches. I have not had my hair this short in years. I absolutely hate it. And it's not even a good cut. When I grab all my hair together there is a little chunk that is completely noticeable as longer than the rest by at least an inch. Never going back there.
The lady that cut my hair (Sharron) was very attentive. I went from very long hair to just under the shoulders. It was a big step for me. However, because Sharron listened to everything I needed (for example: don't want to have to style it, needs to be able to go in a pony tail, etc...) The cut came out perfect. Its very easy to take care of, I'm able to put it up while working and even if i just blow dry it without styling, it looks great! Thank you for taking care of all my hair needs!
This is an awesome place! Every time I come they do exactly what I want! They dont mess up either.
I went in for a simple cut, it was during the day and it clearly wasn't busy because when Katie sat me down her coworkers sat down and began to watch (instead of cleaning their stations and tools) and critique her every move until one lady came over and started cutting my hair. I thought it was weird at first and chalked it up to her trying to train Katie, but then she ends up taking over the entire hair cut as if Katie was going to set my hair on fire just by cutting a piece of my hair. First off, if you're training someone, they can't learn if you do everything for the trainee, secondly, SHE WASNT EVEN IN TRAINING. I just wanted a simple cut and instead felt like I was caught between some alpha female battle. It was awkward and seems like a hostile work environment. This experience really turned me off to returning to that location.
