The environment and hospitality is fantastic! Making sure they serve everyone, appointments and walk ins, great customer service. Their receptionist calls to confirm your appointment too. What a great place with well served beverages, your choice of Lemonade, tea, and coffee.
The WORST customer service. The owner of this nail salon "Steven" needs a class in customer service. He is very rude and had the nerve to say he was not the owner when asked. I don't mind paying for quality service but over priced service is another thing. If you go to this nail salon be sure to ask prices beforehand and don't let them tell you "I don't know". Steven with his rudeness does not deserve my business and I will not refer anyone to go here.

Great service and I always get compliments on my nails
I love the place! The air is a little hard to breath with all off fumes but you do get used to it. They offer free drinks while you are serviced, the coffee is amazing! I think the prices are pretty reasonable though I don't have a lot of experience to compare to. I have been here multiple times and always felt very comfortable, being a guy.
