Go here for the food, not the service.
Being as though I have worked in the customer service industry for 13+ years, i imagine managers on duty would have respect for there customers. That being said, Kristal took my order and looked visibly agitated,as if she didn't want to even take my order. When one of the workers asked her if it was for here or to go, she loudly whispered "to go!" And they laughed amongst themselves about whatever it was they thought was funny. Funny thing is,Kristal clearly cannot whisper, is not fit to be in a managerial position at any establishment and noone asked me if it was for dining in or to go. Will I go back? No. I'd rather take my money elsewhere where respect and hospitality are most prevalent. If I could give negative stars on the overall experience I would.
Be careful when eating here I purchase my food I was in the car eating my French fries when I got to my destination at a wrap my sandwich and I was going to eat a bit to bite of my sandwich That's when I saw a Little Black bug inside the wrapper.
I give them two stars only because I love Wendy's food. Their service here is always, for want of a better phrasing, retarded. And I mean this literally; every time I go here, they're VERY slow and give the impression that many of their Make Line staff have special needs. They never get my food order wrong, but they apparently do not understand the concept of "no ice" in a drink.
Went through drive through. Lady at drive through had personality of a stick. I ordered taco salad & was handed burger & fries. When I told her it was wrong order she looked at me strange & reluctly took the bag back. I got home with my taco salad only to find they didn't give me the chips that go on it. I had to eat a salad & just chili. Not the first time this has happened at this store.
Ate here a few years ago before work. Ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes. I always check to make sure there are no tomatoes before I start eating. Opened the sandwich and didn't see tomatoes.. however, I did see a large beetle. SMH.. Will NEVER go back there.
