Good service and food quality is consistently above average. Always crowded, so they could use more staff, hence, 4 stars instead of 5.
Food was delicious but the wait was somewhat more extensive than anticipated given the number of people in the place.

Waiter was great, location clean. However if you're in the mood for a simple grilled cheese sandwich...DON'T GET IT HERE (unless you're 2 years old). how can you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich? And they only took $1.00 off!
The best IHOP in the Waldorf, white plains, and Laplata area! I've never had a bad experience here and I have always received great customer service. I want to thank Brianna Wineke so much for her beautiful personality and great customer service! She made me and my family feel so welcomed and special and I thank her so much for that. Not only did she make us feel welcomed and cater to our every needs, she did it with a smile on her face the entire time. It is hard finding great customer service now days and I genuinely thank her from the bottom of my heart.
Please never change Mrs.Wineke you are truly the best!
