Day of delivery you will get robo-call saying TOMORROW.

Appliance delivery is absolutely incompetent!

This is so common that they will mark you as a "Hot Delivery" (which means angry customer). Translated, they have policies for angry customers because it is business as usual. I could run a better delivery service with a pickup truck and a cell phone.

If you call the delivery company (20 minutes to reach a person), they will tell you they will call you back (they WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK).

Floor staff say they will call the day before delivery with times.

Worst Lowe's in the chain it has to be unfortunately I had to give this place 1 star rating because ther is no zero star rating employees have no idea about the construction buissness if Lowe's is considering shuting down a few stores this should definitely be the 1st please!!!

This means they have a policy of dropping their mistakes and delivering the next open schedule.

I've been to many Lowes stores and online as a contractor, not all are great, but I've generally had a great experience at this store, especially with the guys at the Pro desk.

Everyone from the regional manager, store manager, delivery manager to the delivery vendor and the regional vendor manager should be reprimanded for allowing this incompetent process to continue!

We've had the same issue as many others - After waiting to talk to a certain employee, they will "put you through" and then disconnect the line. When you call back, they claim ignorance and promptly disconnect you again. The employees are improperly trained - nobody on staff knows how to cut blinds, mix paint, or follow through with an agreed upon email discussing prices of very expensive doors. Overall, there is an extremely lack of organization and the employees do not help their customers. Only one line was open - a self checkout. Do not waste your time... Order online, go to Home Depot or even the store in Waldorf.

If anything goes wrong, you will not know anything until you call the manager at Lowes the next day because no one cares about you and your kitchen full of ice chests expecting a refrigerator. But you absolutely will not get your delivery the next day because the next day is full.

I strongly recommend you do not EVER order carpet and installation service from this Lowes location ever. I ordered carpet on 2 Dec and paid for in full at that time. The carpet was delivered to the Lowe's installer on 11 Dec and the installers arrived at my house to install the carpet & pad on 18 Dec. However, the installers had the wrong carpet so they told me that I would have to reschedule my installation. I contacted Lowe's immediately and requested information on how this went wrong and what they were going to do about it to fix it. All I got was the run around and poor response from the flooring department and the store manager. I even reached out to the corporate customer service and they were even less helpful. No one offered their apology for the piss poor service or offered any type of discount for my inconvenience as I have to wait until the first week of January to have my carpet installed. Again, I STRONGLY recommend you take your business somewhere else other than this location as their customer service is the absolute worse. I will NEVER EVER take my business to Lowe's again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The point is they don't even know how to use their own robo-call technology.

Twenty minutes later - robocall saying TODAY anywhere from 20 minutes ago to 1.5 hours from now.
