Our House had the following completed on it, new roof, gutters, shutters, fascia and our screens were redone. The repairs themselves look awesome! That being said there was alot of miscommunication between Southernwood, Rep and sub-contractors as to what was completed and what still had to be done. A few of there subs left a lot of materials laying around from nails to pieces of scrap metal that I continue to find around the house and in the driveway. Also, I was also a little annoyed with the fact that almost the entire fascia was replaced except for a section that was literally 12 - 24 in long which I would think would be negligible but it wasn't covered by the insurance company.

I don't usually write positive reviews, but I was so astounded by the excellent service that I had to write this one. I contacted several roofing companies, but none were anywhere near as helpful as Brent from Southernwood. He helped me with the insurance company and all roofing decisions. Financially, he far exceeded my expectations - I was very pleased not only with the financial agreement and free upgrades but also with the excellent job done effectively and efficiently. South wood performed the work in a timely manner great workmanship and quality. Only con would be the left a few my nails in my yard that I like. But don’t let that stop you from using them. Price was also good. Excellent work guys!!!
The finished product is great and I am very happy with it, I think there just needs to be some tightening up of communication and management of a particular job.
