I'm not concerned with getting my money back, though I don't like being played for a fool. My main concern is for others that may think they are actually dealing with the Motor Vehicle Agency and not just some guy that takes your personal information and drives it to the MVA for you. The business owner is far from professional and he needs to know that he cannot treat customers as he has chosen.
Very professional just for those of you commenting that they are not MVA employees, your statement couldn't be more wrong,the office manager has been employed at MVA as well as a few of the employees. If you think you will get the same curious politeness most of all quick service at any MVA department, YOUR A FOOL
I went to the office in north Waldorf on Crain Highway this past Saturday. Paid $59.95 more than going to the DMV (which was closed on Saturday), but it was worth it. Laurie was super fast. Got my title transferred from NY and new tags in less than 15 minutes. My time is worth way more than the cost of sitting in the Maryland DMV on a weekday for hours. Will do this next time I need a tag.

I would not offer my personal information to someone that is not truly an MVA employee. There should be signs indicating that he is only operating a runner service and not affiliated with the MVA.
