Clean and we'll maintained with staff always on site
I've used this laundromat before myself from time to time. As far as doing my own clothes, I've never had a problem. And they had a arcade machine to swallow my quarters so all was well.
Hot, dirty, and doesn't give refunds when their machine malfunction, which is often. The staff is friendly and helpful though.
Until that is I decided to use their 'You drop off, we wash and fold for you' service. This isn't cheap, it cost me 40 bucks to do 5 trashbags worth of laundry. The first time I came to pick up the clothes they were clean, but none were folded. I decided not to worry about it, no big deal, they were clean right? Never mind they had four hours and from what I saw, weren't THAT busy. And now today, I dropped off my laundry and asked how long it would take. I was quoted about 3 hours. Dandy. I run errand, arrive actually four hours later and my laundry wasn't even STARTED yet.
Very clean, great staff, and the owners are pretty nice also. They stay firm, and not rude, to the rules that are clearly posted. I enjoy my laundry experience here and will come as long as we are staying close by.
Excuse me? What? I was given a sob story about the Keno machine acting up and how the whole place was suddenly slammed with business right after I left and right before my return. I am somewhat irate. I ask how long it will take, and I'm quoted two hours. My skepticism knows no bounds at this point but I decide to give it a final chance... and I really don't want to do laundry.
The people who work here are so kind. Nice clean environment, it's almost relaxing. They have mega load washers that I fit my bedding and what I had planned to be a couple loads of laundry all in one load for $7.25 , smaller washers that would fit a normal load of laundry starting at $3.50 . Dryers are 7 minutes per 25cents or 5 min/25c for the bigger ones.
