My mother had a stroke. She is African American and my dad is white. They tried to steal her personal belongings, they physically and verbally attacked me, but my dad, an electrical engineer for The Navy, stopped them. They have a history of attacking black women at this hospital. They even get security and the town Police involved. It’s been written up in the Washington Post.

I came there for a mild stroke. I got a CT scan and x-ray but nothing was said. My RN was Reggie who gave me a little something for the pain but it didn't work. There was a shift change and I wasn't seen by anyone for 3 hours. And when I called for my nurse because my stroke was getting worse, she said what do you want me to do. That was it, so I left and I unhooked myself and went to another hospital. I will be reporting this incident immediately.

Horrible. Er. Patient first sent me there high blood pressure waited there he and dr was unreal sent me home five, hours later with. Pressure only down ten points. said it would take couple of weeks to go down.. One nurse Lori was the only one. Caring. need more like her

My reason of going there was for back to back asthma attacks and shortness of breath. With that in mind, here's how my stay was......upon intake, the lady at the kiosk was not interested or could care less what my issue was. She had a very disrespectful and unwelcoming demeanor about her. I only found one person in the hospital helpful. Which his name was Billy....yup that's right...I was pretty much the only person who wanted to see myself get better and figure out what was wrong. They keep you there for a long time, call you back to get vitals, send you back to your seat, then 4 hours later call you back again.... Not to be seen.... Just to get your insurance information.... Which in a perfect world I believe they could do upon the initial intake and vitals. Then they'll send you back out to your seat. Such a flawed system. I would much rather drive over an hour to Shady Grove Hospital.

I️ was having an ASTHMA ATTACK and no one was at the front desk! The lady at the kiosk came out with a nasty ass attitude and said you see I’m with a patient, then didn’t even after she knew I️ was having a difficult time breathing Nd called people in order of who came instead of the severity of our situations which is what you supposed to do in a hospital setting, I️ should know I’m a nursing student. She could care less if I️ passed out. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
