This place is usually good, but today waited two hours and ask how many people are in front of me I was told three more!! Over a three hour wait is just crazy!!! The doctor's their are great but they need to pick up the pace!!
This is my second time here. First time brought my daughter and waited over three hours. Now sitting here for myself. Their wait time clock is a farce. When I arrived it said 2 minutes. Now it says 24. I've been sitting here for an hour. The waiting room is so small, there is no possible way to separate the various levels of illness. This is my experience. Do what you will.
Was seen in a timely manner on a Friday morning. I downloaded the initial paperwork from the website so I had that ready when I came in. I needed to have pieces of wood removed that were lodged under the nail of my big toe. After a few shots of Lidocaine, Dr. Egland was able to remove the shards and I was on my way. Very pleasant med tech and staff! It was wonderful not to have to wait in CRMC's ER! Hopefully I won't need them again, but I will not hesitate to visit again if the need arises.
Such amazing staff and physicians! Everyone was so friendly and personable. Fast treatment that was direct and to the point. We will definetly go there again and refer friends and family there.
we have been here on several occasions from stitches to sick visits. care has always been great from all the staff, but the wait time is always very long. did the online registration and was much quicker.
