Since Sat. class, I bought tennis balls, used my strap, followed as best I could with what was taught and I feel amazing. Now you know my trouble both physically and the emotions involved. I so need this class as was the sentiment from all on Saturday.
Been a member since the beginning. Cindy is very accommodating and accessible. A variety of classes, levels, and teachers to meet anyones needs that's why I keep coming back!
Let me tell you why - when you suggested I take the class, I left like I had a full body massage. My spirit was relaxed and I felt the PTSD abate. I can do this and I don't hate downward dog as much.
LOL Yoga is such an amazing place for yogis of all levels. Between the knowledgeable and kind instructors to the welcoming community, this studio has quickly become my favorite place to practice. I began at the start of the new year and became a member shortly after. I plan to be here for the long haul!

I love Live Out Loud Yoga. In a short time, I have learned so much. The instructors are wise, supportive, and encouraging. The environment is non-judgmental and serene. I had never done yoga before I got here, and now it's a big part of my well-being. When I first visited, another client said to me, "this is my safe place." Live Out Loud has become mine, too.
I love this studio. I used to have really bad gym anxiety but the small and friendly environment of LOL has made a huge difference. All of the instructors make you feel at home.
