I tried 3 times to order funeral flowers. They did not return my call and the call center they outsource to did not have enough information to satisfy my order. Additionally, I found more than one local competitor to be less expensive (for the same exact arrangements) with solid reputations. Nothing bothers me more than poor service, especially during a time of mourning.
