If you buy a dress here, I would not recommend getting your alterations done by the store. It's expensive and the work does not match the price tag. I got a bridesmaids dress altered there and it was done terribly. I called the store to ask them about fixing it, but no one ever called me back. I was in a time crunch and I am not local, so I found someone near me to fix it. I called the store to request a refund and the employee I spoke to was incredibly rude about it. She was so defensive, I could barely get a word in. Ultimately, I was able to get the store to refund what I had to pay to get it altered correctly (it pays to be a squeaky wheel). It's the only "boutique" bridal store in the area, so I get that it is convenient and has a selection that David's wouldn't, but I would not go back or recommend to anyone else. I'd drive farther away for a better overall experience.
I came to Serendipity to try on a few wedding gowns to see what kind of style I liked. Thanks to Beth, I walked out with the dress of my dreams!!! The staff is so friendly and me and my mom definitely enjoyed our experience! Thanks ladies :)
