It's Starbucks nuff said.... They're fast in there.
Worst visit. The attitudes on my visit on 12/12/17 were very unpleasant. I ordered online and was told they don't have pumpkin drinks anymore. That's fine, but right off the young girl has an unpleasant attitude, and unprofessional. So three times I repeat myself to tell her to give me another of the same drink and she rudely shuts the glass as I'm repeating the last time. Then a big deal to refund & charged me again for the drink. ATTITUDE. So I'm clarifying my order and they give me my pumpkin bread. I start to leave & notice my pumpkin bread is not warmed as ordered. After all that nonsense, I drive back around. Sitting for a moment before anyone opened the window, and a completely different person comes, and I tell her I need the bread warmed as ordered. And she has an attitude as I ask for a manager, she informs me she is. Are you kidding me! So I bring to her attention her attitude as well as the other 2. She then proclaims she doesn't have one. Are you kidding! It surely wasn't me! I drive 4 miles for coffee and this is what I get as a customer. Really Starbucks? Check your staff, they need attitude adjustments. No offer of sorry either! Very Disappointed.
Great atmosphere, rarely too crowded, always clean. Employees are delightful; they remember and greet their regulars like old friends. I live here between classes during the semester and can't imagine studying anywhere else. Food and drinks are top notch. Give these people a raise!
Everytime I've stopped here they've messed up my order one way or another. They either forget items or make the wrong drink, and today paying $5.08 for a Grande cup of milk was the last straw. My suggestion to corporate - see that this staff gets proper management.
I always stop here on my way into Maryland from Virginia. The staff is super friendly and are really fast. One of my favorite Starbucks stores. The bathrooms are clean and the wifi is faster than some other stores. Really love this place.
