Worse experience at a Texas Roadhouse ever!!! The hostess was not knowledgeable or friendly. Took us to dirty table and then offered to grab a guy and tell him to wipe seat, then when I said we'll take the empty booth beside it so we don't have to sit in wet seat she had attitude gave us the bread but left the plates and utensils on the other table. It was awhile before we got a waiter. All 4 of us ordered Ribeye Rib combo. Mine was supposed to be medium well but was burnt my ribs was perfect. The other guest ribs was burnt and one ordered well done steak was rare. The manager replaced everything but it came back smaller in comparison and steak was mostly fat this time. Her response was well do you want it or not. OUR WAITER Brandon was good and apologetic.
I love this place Howard always takes care of us when we have our Christmas party there plus the rolls are to die for
I always love Texas Roadhouse they have the best bread the best customer service and to top it off the best music. Good draft selections too. And on Veterans Day they give free meals what more could you want?
