Bank windows are closed. Tell customersier they are waiting game on parts when I found out almost all bank of America's are closing g drive through banking. Bank closed at 5 pm atmosphere only thing open.
It doesn't matter whether there's 2 ppl in line or 20....it always takes at least 20 mins to get out of here. Never more than one teller!!! What the what
I have been banking at this location for years and have never had a problem. It is in a great location and the service is excellent. Sometimes there is a line and wait in the lobby, however more tellers will open if available once a line forms. The tellers and other staff are always courteous, professional and thorough.
