Everyone here is so polite and helpful. I love that they are not your typical tattoo shop with the same ole generic tattoo pictures hanging on the walls for you to choose from. I came in here after going to one of those tattoo shops with a bunch of tattoo books and pictures on the wall. When I approached one of the workers and described my vision for what I wanted done his response was " You can pick something you like off of the wall over there". That was a big no for me.
Wouldn't go anywhere else, I ❤️ Shop 53! I have frequented the shop numerous times, the staff is always friendly, respectful and well trained in their areas of expertise. Both the art studio and tattoo shop are impeccably clean. An all girl owned and operated business, top notch professionals.
I went here for my absolute favorite tattoo artist, Kim. All of the ladies were welcoming though. The shop is fun, unique and immaculately kept. Defintely recommend!
I saw shop 53 online and I figured I would check it out. I immediately loved the vibe. I was able to look at the artists portfolios and decide which artist I wanted to talk with about the work I wanted done. I ended up choosing Mona and I have had two sessions with her so far. She has done a wonderful job and I cannot wait until my tattoo is complete.
A great experience. The tattoo artist was talented and VERY professional. I loved the overall vibe of the shop - making a strong connection between the art of tattoo and the art shows hanging in the gallery. Shop 53 makes folks new to piercing and tattoos feel relaxed and welcome.
